Production Process of Woven Decorative Mesh
The whole weaving process begins with wire crimping. Professional crimping machines process warp and weft wires in different sizes to form uniform crimped lines. Warp wires are arranged in order and fixed by the loom heald frame. The up-and-down movement of the heald frame forms weaving gaps, and weft wires are interlaced and penetrated by manual or automatic equipment.
After weft wires are fixed in position, the loom shuttle compacts every weaving joint tightly to ensure overall structural firmness. The heald frame adjusts positions repeatedly to form a stable crisscross weaving structure, realizing continuous, standardized and mass production of decorative woven mesh.
